The Icing on the Cake

I work almost exclusively in fondant, but there is always a healthy layer of buttercream underneath for anyone that is not a fan!

Fillings can be also added- anything from lemon curd, to ganache to jam, or even just basic buttercream.

Buttercream can be made in just about any flavour you can imagine- your only limit is your imagination!
